1. I am a spiritual being having a human experience.- God is central to my life and my thinking. I know the church has no monopoly on God. I search everywhere. Belief is expressed more in what I do than in what I say.
- I am searching for life meaning. Everyone who comes into my life is a teacher of some kind ?things to do and not to do.
- A purpose in life gives me reason to get out pf bed. I need short term and long term goals. My purpose for today is to help build a better world.
- I am comfortable when I am alone and when I am with people. I look for the best.
- I am proud of my achievements and learn from my mistakes. I am an opportunity spotter and willing to step outside of my comfort zone.
- Life is a school and open of the reasons we are on this earth is to learn the lesson. Once we pass we move on to the next lesson.
- The key to longevity is self love ?love of self and love of others. I need to give love and receive it freely. Intimacy for me is being open and transparent so that people can see the real person.
- I need to respect and listen to my body. I am responsible for my happiness. Inner peace does not put me to sleep but causes e to think before I act.
- I look for the best solution in life toughest challenges. I know I am a survivor and can bounce back.
- I can laugh at myself and see the fun side in some difficult situations.
